EMVFR responds to about one emergency call per month on Elder Mountain and assists across Marion County with fire and rescue activities. We respond to medical emergencies, fires, technical rescues, and public service calls 24/7/365. Our response area includes every home on Elder Mountain, the woodland areas north of Skillet Gap Road, and a few homes at the base of the mountain on Cash Canyon Road.
